ESM Named Stevie Awards Finalist
The national American Business Awards program honors great performances in business across the country
(HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – October, 3, 2006) ESM, a Colorado-based customer contact center focused exclusively on the education marketplace, joined a select list of companies such as Accenture, Careerbuilder.com, and Cleveland Clinic as a finalist for the Stevie Awards in the 5th Annual American Business Awards competition.
A complete list of finalists in all categories was published this week at www.stevieawards.com/aba. Hailed as "the business world's version of the Oscars" (New York Post , April 27, 2005), The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. Nicknamed Stevie for the Greek word "crowned," the coveted award was designed by the same company that makes the Oscar, Clio, and other major awards. Stevie winners will be announced during a gala at New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel on Monday, June 11. ESM was selected in the Best Overall Company category. More than 2,000 nominations were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program, and Best New Product or Service.
”We are thrilled to be a Stevie Awards finalist,” said ESM founder and CEO Rick Fort. “The incredible success we’ve enjoyed is because our entire team is driven by our mission to improve people’s lives through education.” Finalists were selected by business professionals nationwide during more than five weeks of preliminary judging. Members of the awards' board of judges will select Stevie winners from among the finalists.
