ESM Chaperone’s Carlo Salerno to Speak at NCHELP Spring Convention
The National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP) is holding its Spring Convention right here in Colorado, and our own Carlo Salerno has been asked to speak. Carlo will help attendees build a better understanding of the education consumer in order to develop new strategies and new services for the evolving higher education market.
Session: Flipping the Coin: Understanding Higher Education’s Challenges By Looking at Students

Carlo’s presentation looks to balance the rhetoric about what colleges are doing wrong by taking a hard look at the other side of the equation: student consumers. From changing demographics to changing degree preferences to the changing use of educational technologies, this session will explore the economics behind student enrollment, persistence, success and the financing decisions driving the process.
