• All agents and management complete internal and client-provided Compliance Training
• We provide extensive initial training on your school’s values, programs, mission, and your specific Compliance requirements
• We subscribe to Compliance Point/PossibleNow compliance consulting services
• Contract with an independent Compliance expert to advise on all compliance issues
• We provide an internal Compliance Hotline for anonymous employee compliance reporting
• Employees must pass a quarterly online Compliance Training
• We require all agents to read, understand, and sign a Code of Ethics
• Non-compliant agents receive a First-and-Final written warning
