ESM to Present at ABHES National Conference

ESM is leading two sessions at this year’s Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) National Conference, taking place February 22nd -24th in Las Vegas.  ESM’s Chief Marketing Officer, Murray Smith, will help attendees focus recruitment efforts on the kind of student who has the propensity to stay in school, graduate, secure a job and pay off student loans.

From the initial interaction with a prospective student, attendees will gain insight on the traits, behaviors, demographics and historical information that can help them better predict whether or not a student will be successful.

Smith will be presenting “The Right Student: From Ideal Prospect to Successful Graduate” on Thursday, February 23rd from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and again from 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify the right student through subjective and objective factors
  • Market to the right student by generating, scoring and prioritizing leads
  • Engage the right student by gathering critical information, scoring and segmenting that information, predicting challenges and delivering a supportive experience

Smith has authored several white papers and eBooks on recruitment and retention.  He has also spoken at higher education events hosted by DETC and APSCU

Additionally, ESM is exhibiting at the event in booth #37.  Stop by to learn how ESM helps students enroll, graduate and succeed.   The company’s student lifecycle solutions include student enrollment, student retention, career services, continuing education and default prevention.
