ESM Hires Larry Schwartz as Legal Counsel
Schwartz’s Role Builds on ESM’s Commitment to Regulatory Compliance
Highlands Ranch, CO – November 1, 2010 – ESM, a provider of student lifecycle solutions to help schools enroll, graduate and place students, today announced the addition of Larry Schwartz as Legal Counsel. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Schwartz has extensive expertise in the areas of contracts and negotiations, acquisitions and financing, and federal and state regulatory compliance.

Schwartz earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Denver, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has served as General and Legal Counsel for such companies as New Global Telecom; Verso Technologies, Inc.; Clarent Corporation; Peak Software Solutions, Inc.; and Evolving System, Inc. He started his career at the firm of Holme Roberts & Owen.
In addition to compliance management, Schwartz will be in charge of all ESM legal matters, including the company’s client and vendor contracts, property leasing and product and service intellectual property rights.
